Walker Building

Overview

The historic Walker Building was built in 1929 and designed by Meyer & Holler Inc. of Los Angeles, who also designed Grauman's Chinese Theatre. The property was built to house Walker's Department Store. The lofts on floors two through four were immaculately restored to their original Art Deco style featuring 14-foot ceilings, central heating and air-conditioning, gourmet kitchens including professional series Viking ranges, European style bathrooms with large walk-in showers.
