Temple Lofts

Overview

Temple Lofts is a 2005 loft-style residential building at 835 Locust Avenue in downtown Long Beach, a few blocks north of the Pine Avenue and Promenade dining corridor and within easy reach of the Metro A Line. As newer construction it offers open plans, high ceilings and large windows without the maintenance questions that come with a century-old conversion, while keeping the walkable, urban feel buyers look for in a loft. It suits owners who want downtown Long Beach living at a lower price point than comparable space in Downtown LA. Contact Loftway for current listings, HOA details and recent sales at Temple Lofts.
