Overview
Completed in 2008, Solair brought contemporary high-rise living to the storied corner of Wilshire and Western in Koreatown. The 22-story tower holds 186 residences wrapped in internationally-influenced design, with generous living spaces, refined finishes, and oversized terraces that open to sweeping city horizons. A resort-style seventh-floor amenity deck anchors the building β pool, spa, outdoor firepits, resident herb gardens, an indoor/outdoor lounge, and a fitness and yoga room β while the second-floor lobby adds a business center and conference room. A two-story retail plaza at the tower's base houses shopping, dining, and services. Inside, residences pair minimalist lines with natural materials: Bosch appliances, Caesarstone counters, Italian Bontempi cabinetry, hardwood floors, Grohe fixtures, and individually controlled multi-zone climate control.
