Overview

Sky Lofts occupies 801 S Grand Avenue, on the Financial District side of Downtown where the office towers give way to residential blocks. It is a conversion of a mid-century commercial building, so the bones are generous — deep floor plates, tall ceilings and window lines that run the length of a unit.
