Overview

The Santee Textile Building sits at 315 E 8th Street in the Fashion District, in the stretch of Downtown that still works for a living — wholesale showrooms, fabric houses and Santee Alley a few blocks over. That gives the area a texture the more polished parts of Downtown do not have, and it keeps the price per square foot honest.
