Santee-Cornell Building

Overview

The beautiful blue mosaic that adorns the front of the Cornell Building speaks to the energy and creativity of its place as one of the foundational buildings in one of Downtown LA's most historic neighborhoods. Walking distance from some of the area's most treasured fashion design studios, the building is steeped in the creative climate of today while maintaining its connection to the garment culture it served for decades. Completely renovated for modern living.
