The Raymond Renaissance

The Raymond Renaissance was built in 2009 next to the historic 1921 Raymond Theater that has been extensively renovated and restored. This 47 unit concrete and steel construction building is located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. It is situated next to Memorial Park Metrolink Gold Line Station for easy commuting, the Levitt Pavilion for summer concerts, Farmer’s market on Sundays and Pasadena’s numerous restaurants and retailers providing urban living at its finest.
