Overview
The Kress Lofts, made up of 50 loft units, was once the retail and office space of S.H. Kress Department Store and was designated as a Historic Landmark when converted in 1925. Units have floor plans ranging from 920 sq ft to 2,120 sq ft and many offer polished concrete and/or rich wood flooring. Other features include inside laundry, exposed brick work and wooden rafters, massive concrete columns and steel I-beams, and large windows that allow light to pour into the property. A common roof top deck and BBQ area allow you to enjoy wonderful city views. The Kress Lofts were also featured in the September 2009 issue of Long Beach Magazine
