Overview
Urban Paramount Lofts a 10 unit multifamily housing project. Situated in a milieu of film studios and below the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, this 10 unit multi-family dwelling projects a varied, yet united face into the neighborhood. The project is a series of stacked and shifted volumes that blur the distinction of regulated interior units - essentially double-stacked 2 story units with double height spaces.
