Overview

The Bartlett Building at 215 W 7th Street is a Historic Core landmark — an early-twentieth-century office building converted to residences, with the detailing that era took for granted and almost nothing built since can match. Units run to the classic adaptive-reuse loft profile: high ceilings, tall original window openings, and open plans carved out of former office floors.
