Bronson Paramount Lofts

Urban Paramount Lofts a 10 unit multifamily housing project. Situated in a milieu of film studios and below the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, this 10 unit multi-family dwelling projects a varied, yet united face into the neighborhood.

The project is a series of stacked and shifted volumes that blur the distinction of regulated interior units – essentially double-stacked 2 story units with double height spaces. This stacking is emphasized by alternating materials of polygal and cement board panels while the projecting volumes extending from the east and west faces are clad in metal or wood, creating much needed exterior patios and sun overhangs.
