Biscuit Company Lofts offers the most exciting lofts in the best historic building in Downtown Los Angeles. “The Biscuit” is the transformation of the 1925 National Biscuit Company (Nabisco) West Coast bakery. The building is a show-stopper and it features 13- to 28-foot ceilings, refinished 80-year-old maple floors, orange brick walls, and unique terra cotta, granite and copper details. Nabisco spent $2,000,000 building this bakery in 1925 and it shows.
