With inventory low and interest rates even lower the market is on fire. Just this week we got four LOFTS in escrow. Prices are higher now in most buildings than they were before the crash. What I’ve noticed is that there are more owner occupied than investors buying now. Rents are so high now that purchasing is looking great. Will it last? If inventory remains low I don’t see why not. There are not many condo projects on the pipeline and the ones that are will be luxury condos and priced very high. Stay tuned!
