Flower Street Lofts

The pioneer luxury flower street lofts are located at 1130 south flower street, in the heart of the south park district in downtown Los Angeles, across the from the world famous staples center and the l.a. live entertainment complex. fsl blends the best of the city’s energetic future and respect for the past into 91 loft-style live-work condominiums in the historic 1936 united parcels service (ups) building. Opened in the fall of 2003, flower street lofts features over 12 distinct floor plans, ranging from 1,315 sqft to 2,410 sqft, as well as the tallest residential ceiling heights in the area (from 14′ to 20′ high). generous natural lighting shines through the expansive windows which were a reflection of the original ups building with views east, west and north. each unit is equipped with gourmet kitchens, stone countertops, well-appointed bathrooms, and state-of-the-art wiring for high-speed internet.
