Metropol

Metropol is comprised of 41 unique residences that provide serenity within a vibrant and emerging enclave of Hollywood. The building’s architecture balances a modern aesthetic of glass and horizontal bands of metal with a rich façade of natural cedar wood. The 5 diverse floor plans demonstrate a defined approach to living areas as combined with the openness of a loft residence with soaring ceilings, voluminous windows and generous patios. The custom interior finishes are an extension of the building’s Metal, Wood & Glass façade with a concentration of oak flooring, cabinetry and finish carpentry accented by polished chrome, glass and stainless steel.
