Hollywood’s historic Equitable building has been transformed into condominium units with views of the Capitol Records tower and the iconic Hollywood sign. The original building was completed in 1930 and was home to the powerful Hollywood agent Myron Selznick.
Inventive planning of interlocking unit configurations results in dynamic two-story spaces with abundant natural light. Some units have traditional enclosed bathrooms; others feature bathing tubs open to sleeping areas. Corridors occur at every other floor, increasing privacy and acoustic separation. The Lofts at Hollywood and Vine is within walking distance of all of Hollywood’s famous entertainment venues, the local farmers’ market, and the Red Line subway.
