Lofts at Hollywood and Vine

Hollywood’s historic Equitable building has been transformed into condominium units with views of the Capitol Records tower and the iconic Hollywood sign. The original building was completed in 1930 and was home to the powerful Hollywood agent Myron Selznick.

Inventive planning of interlocking unit configurations results in dynamic two-story spaces with abundant natural light.
