Library Court

The Library Court was originally built in 1955  and as the years passed it went through many transformations.  Completing this urban oasis involved completely removing the central core of the building to allow for an open-air Zen style courtyard. A 6th Story was added where residents can enjoy the rooftop library lounge. The building also has a 24-hour study hall, business center, and fitness gym.  The Library Court is comprised of two-story townhomes, studios, and 1 and 2 bedroom units with hardwood floors, 9 ft ceilings, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite countertops, in-unit laundry, and floor to ceiling windows. This 90 unit building is one of the most underrated condominium complexes in downtown Los Angeles, in the heart of LA’s Financial District.
