The Hawthorn Lofts a ground-up loft project in Hollywood, California, where residents work, live and play in an architecturally unique and functionally efficient environment. Bolour Associates transformed the 10,000 square foot site into an 18-unit luxury condominium complex with three levels of two-story lofts, totaling 24,000 square feet with two levels of subterranean parking.
