Cosmo Lofts

Built in 1920 this Historical building was remodeled in 2011 to house 46 Live/Work Lofts. Located in Hollywood on a small one-way street. Units feature concrete floors, high ceilings, mushroom columns, large windows and a few have balconies. Some units are two levels and have spiral staircases. The Building also features a creative space on the roof to house artists and events or just relax outdoors.
