Canal Lofts

Canal Lofts, built in 2005 and designed by William Adams, consists of two buildings—one with four loft-style units, the other with two. A central driveway squeezes between the structures, giving each unit owner direct access to a 2 car private garage. Walls of glass enclose these warm, open & modern architectural lofts located just two blocks from Venice Beach. These creative, two-story townhouse like lofts feature concrete floors with steel grate landings, ceilings up to 14′ high, Viking range and oven, SubZero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Caesar-stone countertops and glass tile in the bathrooms as well as a gas/wood-burning fireplace. A final feature, the roof top deck, with amazing views, that is divided by large planters to define the space of each unit for added privacy.
